You can permanently delete your Hawi account and all data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and what is deleted.
How to delete your account in the app
1. Open the Hawi app and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile, then open Settings.
3. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us at hawimain@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will process the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
All of your account data is permanently deleted: your login credentials, name, email address, profile picture, predictions, points, and leaderboard entries.
We do not keep any personal data after deletion. Anonymous, aggregated statistics (such as overall prediction counts) may be retained, but they can no longer be linked to you.
