1. The Service

Hawi is a free, skill-based football prediction game. Before a match, you answer prediction questions and earn points based on the accuracy of your answers, then compare your ranking with others.

Hawi is for entertainment only. It is NOT gambling. There is no real-money wagering, no betting, no cash or monetary prizes, and no purchases required to play. Points and rankings have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Please provide accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not cheat, manipulate scores or leaderboards, or use bots, scripts, or automated tools.

Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms, harasses, or infringes the rights of others.

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

5. User Content

Your predictions, chosen display name, and optional profile details (such as a profile photo or an Instagram handle) are submitted by you. You are responsible for the content you provide, and it must not be offensive, misleading, or violate any law or third-party right.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, design, and content, is owned by Hawi or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Team names, player names, and competition references belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Disclaimer of affiliation: Hawi is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, or any official football federation, league, club, or governing body. All third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services for sign-in (Clerk), push notification delivery (Expo, Apple, and Google), and infrastructure. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Match schedules, squads, lineups, crests, and results shown in the App are based on data from third-party sports data providers and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or that results, scores, or rankings will be uninterrupted or accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hawi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided free of charge for entertainment.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that harms other users or the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
